US Codes & Standards
Summary
US Codes and Standards is an overview of codes in the United States. Students will learn what the different codes say and why they cover those specific topics. They will also learn a brief history of codes and standards in the US. Why there is no one unified code will also be a topic of discussion. 

Objective
The objectives of this course are to:
• Understand the different existing codes
• Why some states accept some codes and not others
• Where to look in codes for certain material
